  • I guess I mainly felt properly listened to, and that doesn’t happen that often. So when it does it’s something to be cherished. Sam made me relaxed, I felt safe and able to talk about things that I mostly keep to myself. I think that comes from the two of us having a lot of shared experiences, but also from Sam being really empathetic. And we both agreed that finding places for neurodivergent people to talk about themselves with others on a similar path can be pretty hard. So that’s my takeaway, and I think it’s a question: how can I find others like me with AuDHD to connect with? Thanks Sam.
